Terms & Conditions
These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the Don Royal Nordic Jewelry online store. By placing an order, you agree to the following terms:

2. Orders and payment
All prices are shown in SEK/EUR including VAT where applicable. Orders are confirmed upon receipt of payment.
3. Production and delivery time
Most jewelry pieces are made to order. Standard production and delivery time is 3-5weeks. For special requests or rare gemstones, production may take longer. In such cases, we will inform you of the updated delivery time.
4. Returns
Returns are accepted within 30 days for unused, undamaged products in their original packaging. Custom-made or personalized jewelry cannot be returned.
5. Liability
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, shipping carriers, or circumstances beyond our control. Colors and details may vary slightly from the images on our website.
6. Intellectual property
All designs, texts, images, and logos are the property of Don Royal Nordic Jewelry. They may not be used without permission.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by Swedish law.
