Return and Refund Policy

Returns

We offer a 30-day return period from the date you receive your item.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when it was delivered.

Exceptions

Custom-made products created specifically to your requirements (including specially ordered gemstones, unique designs, and personalized engravings) cannot be returned or refunded.

Return Process

• To start a return, contact us at info@don-royal.se with your order details.

• Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send the product back.

• The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

Refunds

Refunds are issued once the returned product has been inspected and approved. The amount will be refunded using the same payment method that was used for the purchase. Please allow 1–2 weeks from the time we receive the returned item for the refund to be processed.
